The Madison Medical Practice St Ives welcomes Dr Kalppana Paramanandarajah to our Practice, we are delighted that she is now consulting with our dedicated team of professionals.
Kalppana will start consulting on April 15th 2020, working Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursday and Saturdays.
Kalppana received her MBBS from the University of Queensland in 2010 after completing a Bachelor of Medical Science from the University of Sydney. She went on to complete further hospital training across NSW including Westmead Hospital and Coffs Harbour Hospital before entering into General Practice.
Kalppana attained her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General practitioners in 2016. She has completed a Diploma in Child Health through Westmead Children’s Hospital.
She enjoys the wide range of challenges a day in General Practice brings and enjoys treating patients of all ages and genders. She has a special interest in Women’s health and paediatrics, including perinatal mental health and lactation medicine.
Kalppana has a strong focus on preventative medicine and above all, values the long term relationships she develops with her patients and their families to ensure the best health outcomes. Outside of medicine, she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her two sons.
