Linda Severino Awarded Practice Nurse of the Year
The Madison Medical Practice is excited to announce that Ms Linda Severino was just awarded the Practice Nurse of the Year by Australian Practice Nursing Association (APNA), for her pursuits in excellence in delivering nursing in Primary Care.
Linda who joined Madison Practice Hornsby with Dr Sidhu in 2012, has taken the Madison Medical Practice model to 4 sites in the Northshore of Sydney. This award only confirms what all the Madison staff, GPs, and patients already know that Linda is a passionate health professional, who strives to raise the bar of medical care across our medical practices with empathy and respect.
Her extensive experience and dedication allows Linda the ability to mentor and encourage Registered Nurses in primary care; a true testament of Lindas commitment to shape the next generation of Practice Nurses to work collaboratively and for them to have autonomy in using all nursing skills to benefit patient care.
The entire Madison Medical Team are so proud of this Nationally recognised achievement, and we are very lucky to have Linda as a senior leader working with all our dedicated individuals at the Madison Medical Practice.
